This blog post is not anti Upwork or Freelancer freelancing platforms but mere attempt to introduce startup founders, small and medium business (SMB) owners and individuals – who use aforementioned freelancing platforms – to a viable alternative called Parttimerz. Why do that? Simply because there’s way too much discontent, criticism and negativity on the internet that surrounds Upwork and Freelancer freelancing platforms.  Perhaps not all of it is justifiable but then again, it could all be true. Either way, the good news is that there’s a viable alternative which is committed to filling the void that Upwork and Freelancer have created.

While Upwork and Freelancer are two of the oldest and allegedly largest in terms of registered – not active – members freelancing platforms, they are by no means the best, far from it. This doesn’t mean that they are inefficient or bad, for they wouldn’t be attracting that many members, particularly freelancers from Far East Asia. Also, if you are a client e.g. startup founder, SMB owner etc. who looks for a quick fix and needs a job done for cheap without much consideration for quality of service, than these big boys might just be the right freelancing platforms for you. If however, you are a business owner who isn’t too hung up on the cost of service but is more concerned with the quality of service, than you should most certainly seek alternative freelancing platforms and this is where Parttimerz come in.

Why is Parttimerz – if at all – different from Upwork and Freelancer? Well for one, Parttimerz believe that less is more and are focused on quality over quantity which means they recruit and retain only the finest freelancers. These PREMIUM GRADE freelancers come mostly from Europe – Balkans in particular – and are immensely professional and efficient. They are true professionals who take their freelancing careers very seriously and as a result always strive for perfection with every new project they take on. While premium in quality of service and professionalism, these European superstars won’t cost you nearly as much as their American counterparts.

So how do Parttimerz ensure their freelancers are top-notch and are going to deliver the best freelancing service that money can buy? Well, unlike other freelancing platforms, Parttimerz believe that less is more and are focused on quality over quantity. As a result of their belief and conviction, they have developed and deployed algorithms which monitor behavior of each one of their freelancers from the registration throughout their lifetime on Parttimerz freelancing platform.

These genius algorithms continuously monitor and evaluate performance of each registered freelancer, based on which then either reward the top performers by the way of additional paycheck above and beyond their earnings or weed out the weak freelancers who fail to meet Parttimerz predefined quality standards.

Instead of just reading about it you might as well give it a try firsthand and post a job for free. You can also visit Parttimerz official landing page and register in under 2 minutes before publishing a job you need done. Shortly after that, you’ll start receiving notifications from our premium grade freelancers who are interested in your job and would like you to hire them. At your convenience simply engage them in conversation or negotiation via on-platform messaging system and evaluate each one against your job requirements before finally deciding on the most adequate candidate.

To help ease your mind and manage your financial transactions seamlessly, Parttimerz have developed and implemented intuitive financial transaction console along with  secured payment system which ensures that your money is released to freelancers you hire, only when your requirements are fully met, which in the case of Parttimerz freelancers is upon completion of every job thanks to their professionalism and expertise.

  1. A nice article. worth to know that there is another startup for the freelancer like us. However, it doesn’t seem have a lot of jobs at the moment.

    1. Thanks Nidhi, I’m glad you liked it. As for the startup – Parttimerz – the number of jobs is fairly small at the moment due to the fact that it’s been officially launched few months ago. Do check back occasionally and see if the job situation changes – I’m sure it’s just a matter of time.
